Return & Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy

We maintain a strict no-return policy for all Ayurvedic products once sold. Because our items include medicinal formulations, herbal powders, and wellness oils, they cannot be reused or resold once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we do accept returns only under the following specific conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • The seal is broken or packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • There is a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was shipped.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following must be met:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@kapilwellness.com or call our support team.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage must be shared for verification.

Once reviewed and approved, we will coordinate the return and replacement or issue a refund (as applicable).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in genuine, verified cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defect or product damage before delivery.
  • Product seal broken or tampered packaging at delivery.
  • Wrong product shipped by mistake.

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with product usage.
  • Allergic reactions or outcomes differing from expectations (as individual results may vary).
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or storage conditions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method (bank, card, or wallet).
  • For cash purchases at the center, refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer.
  • If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, it will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and verified.

5. Non-Refundable Services

All Ayurvedic consultations, Panchkarma therapies, and wellness sessions are non-refundable once completed. However, sessions can be rescheduled in advance as per our Cancellation Policy.
